$7.00/adult with a VEGAN DISH to feed 8+ people (couple’s dish to feed 16+)

All food must be vegan (vegan = no animal products)
Please bring your vegan dish with a serving utensil and ingredient list/recipe.
Microwaves available for warming.
Plates and utensils will be provided. Please no personal plates, dinnerware or to-go containers.
Parking is limited—Carpooling encouraged.
Space is limited, so please RSVP early.
Volunteers are needed for setup, food prep, etc.

Q&A and other important information
Q: How does the potluck style dinner work?
A: Guests bring a dish labeled with the ingredients and their name on it somewhere so it can be picked up after being emptied and rinsed out.
A: Once you donate at door, someone will help you find a spot on the tables for your dish. Also, your name tag will have a number on it. *THE NUMBER ON YOUR NAME TAG IS THE ORDER OF WHO GOES UP TO THE FOOD TABLES WHEN IT’S TIME TO EAT. (Guests 1 thru 300) **We typically call out numbers in groups of 50 to go through the line at a time and as the line dissipates (moves quickly) we call up another set of 50.
Q: Do I have to bring a dish?
A: No, come join us and enjoy the wonderful vegan items from the guests who brought something for the dinner. There are two suggested donation amounts: one for guests who bring a dish and one for guests who do not.
Q: Why can’t we bring our own plates and cups or take-out containers?
A: We have learned from years past that supplying these works best to ensure all guests get to enjoy the amazing foods/dishes that are prepared and brought to the event.
Tip/Suggestion: Please be courteous when filling your plate on your first trip through the line as there will be many other guests that have not been through it yet. Once everyone has been through the food line once, you are welcome to take a second helping.
